Deadline submission dates

The deadline submission date for each magazine is always the 6th of the month (or before). For instance, if you would like to include something in the February magazine, we would need the information sent to us by January 6th. This deadline date applies to all articles, news items and advertisements. If you are a new advertiser, it is advisable to call us in plenty of time before our deadline to ensure your advertisement is designed to your specifications.

• Prices shown are for one month’s advertising;
• Discounts available for 6 and 12 month block bookings;
• Sizes of adverts are shown in mm.

Leaflet distribution

We can deliver your leaflet inside our magazines – prices start from as little as £35 per 1,000. We also offer a design and print package for your leaflets – contact us to find out more…

Birthday & for sale pages

If you would like to have an announcement on the birthday page, simply get in touch with us through our website or via our facebook page.

If you would like to do so we are most grateful if  donations are made to the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth in lieu of your announcement. Please help us to raise as much money as we can for this worthy cause by making a donation each time you request a birthday announcement or send an item in for the For Sale page. Our suggested donation is £2.00, but of course you can donate more if you wish.
